My friend doesn’t eat gluten and she says she feels better. She told me that she used be tired all the time and that made me think about myself. I am always tired and I don’t feel like doing anything. I thought that maybe I should take gluten from my diet too so I decided that I would buy a gluten free cookbook to learn how to make meals that didn’t include this ingredient to see if after a while I saw results.
